First of all I should like to thank NATO and the Government of the Czech Republic for organizing this important event and inviting me to speak at it on behalf of the Chairperson-in-Office of the OSCE.

Turkmenistan’s interaction with the OSCE, as well as a number of issues on its bilateral agenda with Kazakhstan, were in the spotlight as the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Kazakhstan’s Secretary of State and Foreign Minister Kanat Saudabayev paid an official visit to Ashgabat on June 23-24.
